With the Quin development at the intersection of Meeting and Algonquin in Charleston’s upper peninsula, White Point has kicked off the first phase of the 9+ acre development that will transform this area into one of Charleston’s premiere mixed-use destinations. Soon to-be-completed in October, the Quin is a five-story office and retail development offering 110,000 square feet of Class A Office Space, surrounded by amenities such as Workshop, the new Flyway music venue, Edmund’s Oast and the Wayfarer.
 

The nine-acre site of The Quin is in the middle of what once had been where the go-getters of Charleston spent their days golfing, then transitioned to an industrial haven, and now has become an area of a different kind of leisure and industry.
